I am a very skilled Coffee Barista based in the UAE, I have being duped several times on this particular issue (LMIA and other employment schemes) to migrate to canada. I need help on this I can't keep falling into the wrong hands I really want to expand my skills and aswell achieve my goals and Career.

The chances of you getting a LMIA permit as a barista are low. It is a NOC C job. Most LMIAs are scams. The only way is to apply directly to Canadian companies through sites like Job Bank, not through consultants. Get a job offer and have the employer file for the LMIA directly. You do not pay any money, and if the job offer is too good to be true (free food, accommodations, airfare) then do not give any personal information.

Most people immigrate through economic programs.
