PLEASE, I NEED ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS

I have been refused twice on this same issue of "you have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the of your study". How I can give a tangible purpose of visit?Though am not visiting but i met the University requirements, paid my deposit and the Letter of acceptance. Is bad to state that , both parents are dead? And , Can this information affects your chances. How to build your family ties in home country ,Ghana? What are the 12 categories covering building of home ties? Do I need family ties in Canada as a Ghanaian? Can my sister sponsor me and is it inadmissible under Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Law? i can apply again before December because my Letter of Acceptance expires in December ,2011.?

I hope these questions will be answered . I need your assistance to prepare for third application.

i m sorry about your condition but the only thing you can do is to write a very strong SOP letter about your condition and relevant reasons that you will come back. and i think it will be better to make your sister as your guardian. all the best brother i hope it will work because even i m in a same state as you.
