please i need an answer to my question

i was denied visa for a reason i cant understand,they said i have submitted a document that lacks authenticity and that has reduced my overall application,please i wanna know if i can still reapply or does it mean i'm banned already from applying and besides i dint even use any fake document in my application so i cant really understand,please someone should talk to me on this

Tunery101 : dont worry! I agree that you must be going thru a lot of stress right now. When you make up your mind to apply again, Please notarize all documents form a notary public. Provide an english translation of documents that aren't in English.
A typical notarized document would have a stamp and seal of the notary. Date and signature and a phrase saying "i verify that this document is a teri copy" (something like that). Also make sure you have enough find in your account.
Attach an explaination letter. Explain how your past education and experience are Perfect orand that you have enough family ties to bring you back home.
