Dear Damilola,

Thank you for filling out the Canadian immigration assessment form on CanadaVisa.com. The Campbell Cohen Law Firm appreciates the opportunity to assess your eligibility for immigration to Canada.

Based on the information provided, you appear to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC). We would be pleased to work with you in pursuing Canadian permanent residence through Canada’s Express Entry system. FSWC candidates must have the intention to reside outside the province of Quebec.
How Express Entry Works
Eligible FSWC candidates can submit a profile into the Express Entry pool, where they are ranked against the other candidates in the pool according to a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The Government of Canada regularly issues Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence to the highest-ranked candidates through draws from the pool.
Be Proactive
We encourage candidates to submit their profile quickly and to take steps towards achieving the highest CRS score possible. After submitting a profile, candidates become visible to the Government of Canada for the purposes of obtaining an ITA as well as to Canada’s provinces and territories.
Your Competitive Edge
We invite our clients to benefit from our in-depth understanding of Canada's CRS. At the same time we constantly monitor more than 70 provincial immigration streams for you.
Our Express Entry Service
As a client of our law firm, we will work with you to:
  • Quickly submit an accurate Express Entry profile and avoid misrepresentation (the penalty for misrepresentation is a ban of up to five years from applying for Canadian permanent residence);
  • Assist you in submitting a profile and/or application, under any Express Entry-aligned Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) that you are eligible for;
  • Guide you in obtaining required documentation, such as language test results and educational credential assessments, that are needed to submit an Express Entry profile;
  • Review your work history and credentials, so that you may claim all the CRS points that you are entitled to;
  • Take steps towards increasing your CRS score;
  • Prepare supporting documents in advance so you can react quickly if you receive an ITA (candidates only have 90 days to apply once they receive an ITA);
  • Implement a strategy to promote your CV, including a consultation with a Canadian career counsellor to gain exposure within the Canadian job market, after your profile is submitted;
  • Prepare and submit your permanent residency application and represent you throughout the application process if you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
The PNP Advantage
Many of Canada’s provinces and territories have immigration streams linked to Express Entry that help them find highly skilled immigrants and address labour market needs.
While a nomination from one of Canada’s provinces is not required in order to enter the Express Entry pool, a provincial nomination increases a candidate’s CRS score by 600 points and results in a candidate being prioritized to quickly receive an ITA.
There were many active Express Entry-aligned PNP streams in 2020 and the Government of Canada has increased its target for PNP admissions in 2021. These streams are quite popular and can open, fill, or change without notice.
A unique part of our service is that we constantly monitor all of Canada’s PNP streams and assist you in submitting a profile and/or applying under any of Canada’s Express Entry-aligned PNPs that you are eligible for, for no additional Attorney fees.
Advanced document preparation, combined with fast alerts, helps us to react quickly if an Express Entry-linked PNP stream becomes available.
Notice
There are many potential benefits and rewards in beginning to work with our law firm today. However, there remains a risk. In spite of our reasonable professional efforts, you may not receive an ITA under Express Entry or may be unable to submit an application to a Canadian province during the term of our mandate.
The Next Step
We are ready to set up a file and start collecting your documents as soon you have agreed to our retainer agreement and submitted the first installment of Attorney fees.
