Hi

As your ecase is Rcvd BY VO, and upon your withdrawl request, CHC will refund your fee.

my consultant said that it depends on visa officer

Hi,

Depends on VO?.

Unless you ecase changed to "Inprocess" you'll get you fee back. Once you ecase changed to "Inprocess", means processing on your application has been started, and you can not claim your refund.

i would't suggest you withdraw.

Instead, try getting a seat for the next IELTS exam and send the scores ASAP. The June 26th, rule doesn't apply to you, so you still have a chance to send the IELTS score separately. Documents received after 120 days, would be considered and filed.

Going by the current rate of processing across all embassies, you might have a 30 - 45 day window, before your file is kickstarted into processing.

If you cant get the Aug 17,2010 IELTS seat : send your embassy letter stating that you have missed to include the IELTS result, and if you can send the same later. They will reply to your mail and file your email. So when the VO reviews your file probably sooner, he/she will know that the IELTS will follow.

It is just a thought.

Now if i may ask, what are your scores in your first attempt.

Try to get a seat for IELTS either with British Council or IDP : Try looking for vacancies in neighbouring states, you might get lucky.

What was the score you got & what was the score you needed to qualify?

Maybe we can suggest you better options if u could give more details .

Withdrawing your case would mean you will be under the new rules and the cap system .. which is comparatively more complex! i would suggest you avail this opportunity, sit for IELTS again and give one more shot .. Best of Luck.

I second this. If you have submitted your full docs in july, there is a good chance that they will not move to processing for a good 3 months. So you have time till November approximately to appear for IELTS and submit.

Thank you ! for seconding the post

Thanks all
I need below mentioned band for 16 point
lis-7.5
read-6.5
spea-6.5
writ-6.5
I have already appeared for three time my score was

ist attemp iind attempt iiird attempt
listening 8 6.5 7
reading 7.5 6.5 6.5
speaking 6 6.5 6.5
writing 6 6.5 6.5

I have already send my document without ielts score and also send a copy of ielts registration fee for 17th july (iii attempt ) but i could not make it . This time was very confident on my attempts i was sure that i will get more then 7.5 in listening but i only got 6.5 in list.

Now as my status is document received and if i give one more attempt and get the bands ansd send the same to embassy and when VO start checking my filer then he may may asked that you have not scored in 17th july agsist which you have submited ielts registration copy so may be he will reject it and then i will not get my & my family embassy fee-56000/

Moreover i dont trust on ielts IDP because they knoew that i am in need and i will give more attempt to get band and therefore they will again give me low band s for their 7200 ielts fee.

I applied as an accountant i know that this occupation is not in new list.

Hi,

Your score look good

L7.0,R6.5,W6.5,S6.5 = 14 points.

If you are on the border line and falling short of 2 point, then you should consider withdrawing your application.

However, if you have cleared the 67point red line comfortably, then your IELTS score will hold good.

Are you clearing 67points comfortably with 14 points in IELTS?
