My pgwp is expiring on june 29 ....applied for bowp (bridging open work permitt) on march 3 got update on april 14 and thr status is on hold. I applied for Pr paper based PNC class in 13 december and got my aor on jan 30. I submitted letter of aor and ontario nominee along the bowp application.

1)Why is this on hold?
2) What should I do?

they will approve your BOWP, once your R10 passed

Its a paper based application. PNC class. Any idea how long will it take for the R10 ?
