every time itry to log in e case they said MY name then

I think there's nothing there on that page except for the disclaimer because your application has either not gotten to, or just recently passed, step 1, sponsorship approval. So give it about a week or two before you log back in and hopefully it will have some information, such as when your file was received and when it was transferred to the visa office (shown under the update, "decision made.") And yes, you don't want to click the option you mentioned because as it says, that will remove the opportunity for you to check you case status on e-CAS. You might want to also sign up for e-CAS Tracker so you can know about updates via email instead of having to manually log in to see.
