What documents should I provide to DHL for the passport submission??

Passport Request Letter,
2 Copies of Passport Data Page,
The Original Passport for Stamping,
VFS Consent Form( You can get it on their Site),
Then write your name,address,phone number and email in a a piece of paper because that’s where they would send the passport to.
