Hi Everyone, I'm planning to apply for study visa in canada, but I'm awaiting divorce in india and I've filed divorce petition against my spouse before an year and they are settled in the US,due to covid-19 pandemic the case is on hold. There is no police case against me. Will this divorce case affect my visa processing? Can anyone advice me, how can i process my visa and what all documents should i provide?
