I got invitation for Express entry in which I’m getting points for my sibling who is PR here. So I’m required to submit the proof of relationship. We have our passport that shows our Parents name on it, have also got affidavit regarding that. My brother doesn’t have his birth certificate which is not found ( didn’t have from birth) but he got a paper that shows that his birth certificate is not found but also shows our parents name on it and it is attested . Same paper he used for his PR.
So my question is that do I needed to show those birth certificates or only passport and a affidavit should be enough to show our relationship as a proof. Please help my with your suggestions?
