Hi..
My name is Kavitha and I am 36 years old. My husband is 39 years old. I had completed my bachelor's in 2005 and was working for 5 years till 2010. After that I got married and quit my job. My husband completed his studies in 2003 and working since then. I was traveling with my husband to Sudan and Switzerland related to his work. Recently I got an offer to study in Canada. First time I applied offline for study permit along with my husband's sowp. His sowp got refused with reason "see your spouse application" and my student visa got rejected with reason " not satisfied that the applicant is bonafide intending student ".

Second time, I submitted only my application and it was rejected with the same reason again in Nov 2019.

Now, my husband is willing to apply for student visa. Does his previous visa rejection for sowp will impact on his future study permit application? Also he did a course for 6 months in Switzerland which was sponsored by his company in Sudan, in 2014. Need your assistance on getting study visa.

What is your husband planning on studying in Canada?

Yes - his previous refusals will have an impact on any future applications. He will need to put together a strong application to be approved and he will need to make sure his planned studies in Canada make sense in light of his previous education and work experience. There is no guarantee you will be approved to accompany him.

no, it will not affect.

and what assistance are you looking for?

and why are you studying again? you are already 36 and i assume no longer working for quite a long time. hence, an application to study again must be very convincing. do you have kids?
Hi.. Thank you for your response. I don't have kids. Now I plan to work after a long time. Before that, I want myself to be updated with new techniques used in Human Resource management course.

He is a Head Miller in flour milling field. He is dealing with roles and responsibilities of supply chain management. And now he wish to study the same course in Canada.

What level of program is he planning to study in Canada? Diploma? Post Graduate Diploma? Masters?

He is planning to do Masters

That is good and will increase his chances of approval. Of course approval is never guaranteed and hard to say if you will be approved to accompany him.
