Hi! My parents are applying tourist visa and they will lodge their application online. Do they need to create seperate account for the online application? Or one account is fine?

One account is fine, they will add an applicant to principal applicant.
For example if your Father is principal applicant than he can have your mother as an accompanying and vice versa.
