I just got my permanent card last sept 2016..
wondering if I can invite my parents to come here for 3 months?
I don't know where to start?
My parents don't have a job in Philippines is that ok?

That's not a problem if your parents can demonstrate other ties to return to the Philippines.... for example, business/shop, property/land ownership, immediate dependent family, any previous travel history, etc
