Hi im a live in caregiver i made a mistake in my application regarding my personal history in schedule A. i dont know what to do i already recieved a letter from them the first time i sent my application the new form that im sending i found out theres a mistake. Can i follow up with my personal history please help i dont want to recieve another letter again thanks.
