Hello,

Please explain:

My application was received on January 3, 2012 on February 7, 2012 credit card was charged and on February 23, 2012 i got an mail from Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Office , Sydney, NS saying

"Based on review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of Arranged Employment in Canada."

"Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing"

My visa office is Buffalo!!

What does it mean ??? Can somebody explain what is PER AND AOR!!!

Is first mail from Sydney my PER???

Thank you!!

Congratulations!!! You got first PER and AOR in the mail itself. PER is positive eligibility review and AOR is Acknowledgement Of Reciept. You will be hearing from Buffalo VO regarding your medicals and further processing responsibilities.

thank you navneetgarg120 for quick feedback do you had any idea how long it can take to get any request from Buffalo?//

Great that is a Positive Eligibilty Review... PER.
Then you will get RBVO once your visa office receives your application.
Then In-Process once they start working on it.
Then request for further documents (if needed) or if everything is with them Medical Call/With Police Clearance or whatever that is needed.
You do medicals and send it to them, then your eCAS goes Medicals Received.
Then they send you Passport Request.
After you send your Passports and the VO receives em, you get Decision Made, almost on the same day your Visa is issued and stamped.

You get your Passports back.
