Please Help - Work Permit Document

Hi everyone,

I submitted my work permit extension in October and IRCC is currently reviewing my eligibility. I just did a quick scan on my account and saw where I forgot to include my current work permit document. I submitted a web form but don’t know when they will upload it to my file. I am panicking. Can IRCC see my work permit in their system or will this result in a refusal?

What type of WP did you apply to extend? If it was a PGWP, you may have a problem since they typically cannot be renewed.

IRCC can certainly see that you have a WP, so with the submission of the web form, that's pretty much all you can do.

It was an extension through the TR to PR stream. My application was just approved! Thank you!
