here in Dubai, they don't even answer any question prior to paying an advance fee of US $2000


after reading the closest I could get is NOC 0512, hopefully it is correct

Oh.that's a exhorbiant fee..I could get a free evaluation from my immigration consultant in India..They are other consultants who charge but that's a very nominal fee. Hope, You have checked the following to get your NOC code.

You can confirm that with any consultant. For example, you can contact David Cohen's office or any other immigration consultant/attorney's office to confirm your NOC. You can email/talk over the phone....
