First, ALL COMMON-LAW COUPLES have to definitively prove to CIC they have lived together for at least a year and have a genuine relationship. That is the whole basis of the application; if they can't prove that, they don't qualify. There are many types of evidence that can be used to prove this.

Second, they DO NOT have to be outside Canada or have started their relationship outside Canada to apply outland. There are many, many people who met in Canada and live in Canada but have applied outland with no issues. There has also been couples on these forums denied inland; the applicant (and usually the sponsor) moved back to their own country, applied again OUTLAND and received approval.

You can MOST DEFINITELY reapply outland after being denied inland.

Watch border security canada in youtube. I don't think its not a good reason for an extension since it will give the officer an impression that she has no plans of exiting canada.

Sure, you can apply for anything you like. Applications only cost a few dollars. However, CIC approving that PR application is another story.

People who met in Canada and have lived together in Canada cannot justify sending outland application.

Please, show me one couple whose outland application was approved after being denied inland application.

You really have no idea what you are talking about. CIC doesn't care if a couple met in Canada, had their entire relationship in Canada and then applies outland. In fact, when I sponsored my partner, the CIC website actually stated that they prefer people living in Canada to apply outland.

Anyway, what I'm telling you came from an experienced immigration lawyer whom I spoke to prior to my wedding. You are choosing to ignore all of those people, VIP, Hero, Senior members with thousands and thousands of posts, who have been advising on this forum for years, and the people they advised, who met in Canada, lived in Canada, applied outland and were approved. But of course, you're right about everything and they must all be wrong. Which means that all those people living in Canada and approved outland aren't actually PRs. You should go tell them that.

She says her inland app was denied as an MOC, she reapplied outland and has landed as a PR. But of course, she's lying because as we've agreed, you're right about everything and that has never happened. So she isn't really a PR; you should go tell her that too.

Before you applied for the outland, were you denied inland application? Before you tell me I'm wrong, read all the postings in this threat. My point was and still remains a couple who was DENIED inland application cannot just turn around and submit outland application and get approved. There has never been a known case of this. GO AND TALK TO EXPERIENCED IMMIGRATION LAWYERS.
