1. Probably fake, look at the spelling and syntax errors.
2. There is no McMillan Blvd in Montreal, there is a McMillan Ave in Dorval, by the Airport.
3. For a Holiday Working Visa for India? Never heard of anyone getting

The get more creative all the time. Just saw a fake LMO a couple of weeks ago for an Indian applicant. And people wonder why CIC is so concerned about fraud.

They do anything to get your money - IMO 100% SCAM.

OMG...and people really believe this is real?

Seriously, that is a terrible letter, almost unreadable ( I had to read it 3 times to kinda understand it) and yet, people are still so desperate that they will believe any old tat.

I am so sorry that Canada immigration is becoming one big money making scam. When will the government of Canada start really looking at what is going on and do something about it?

Bill C-35 is trying to do that but you have to remember that a lot of these fake letters, LMOs, etc. come from outside of Canada. We don't have jurisdiction to prosecute people who don't live here so we have to rely on the co-operation of other governments to try to help us enforce our laws. The long arm of the law only stretches to our borders, not beyond. It's a difficult situation without an easy answer. But I'm glad to see people are either asking on here or asking bona fide lawyers or consultants about the authenticity of these documents.

Yes you are right, the biggest part of the problem is that people really want to believe this stuff, so in many cases, they are more susceptible to a scam.

And if English is not their first language, they may not recognize the syntax errors that PMM pointed out. It's obvious to native English speakers but might not be so obvious to those who are not.

It really is good that people ask.
