Please help urgently

My mom applied for supervisa from India in Sep2021.. she is flying to canada on 14th feb on her visitor visa. Today, on 13th we got email from ircc to submit her passport for supervisa stamping. Its too late to change her ticket now, will she be able to submit her passport in canada office and get her supervisa. Should she waste her ticket and not travel? Please help.. don’t know what to do?

To initiate a supervisa she must enter Canada from abroad. She can get her passport stamped once in Canada if she sends in a webform indicating she is currently visiting Canada. She will be be visiting Canada under her normal TRV and so will only be granted an up to 6 month stay.
