Dear friends,
I am a Sri lankan. I did my bachelors in India (2008-2011).
1. Do I need to add this information in address history?
2. If so, Do I supposed to get PCC from India?
3. I don't have the FRRO certificate to get PCC from India ( SInce it has been almost 10 years, I have lost it). Are there any possibilities to get PCC without FRRO certificate? Or to get FRRO certificate for the past stay period?

Please advice......

The only case in which you don't need to add it is if you turned 18 after 2011 which I doubt.
