Please help - Technical point - OINP

I was on implied status and working full time. I went on Vacation on the 17th of October. I got a reply from CIC on the refusal of my extension of work permit by email which said that my status is expired as of 20th of October. I had no access to email while I was on vacation. I came back from vacation on 28th of October when I checked this email. I went to work the same day and informed my employer of this and stopped working.

Now my concern is the period between the 20th and 28th. Since I wasn't physically working and had no access to email I didn't know.

I am applying for OINP and in the personal and work history I feel I should explain all this with an attached explanation letter.

What should I do? Please help

give your details honestly in the appliaction and apply for OINP without worry , if you have received letter of interest from oinp.
