I am an International student from India, opted for an IT course with 2 years duration for Sept, 2016 intake under SPP.
My VISA got approved.
I applied for SOWP on October 3, 2016 paper based. File was processed in Bangalore VFS.
I linked my spouse application Online, when I linked, the status was "Open" and medical was "Passed"
My SOWP was refused on November 9, 2016 with below reasons:
1. travel history
2. Length of Proposed Stay
3. Insufficient fund
My cover letter clearly mentioned that
1. My wife has only been in India, and has not visited any other country
2. My wife will leave Canada when my VISA gets expire and has no intention to overstay or break any canadian law
3. My Father will be supporting my wife financially and showed fund of $283,000($22634.64 liquid fund and $260365.36 assets)
Even provided a written letter from my father that he will be supporting my wife financially, even notarized.
In spite of all these, got refused with above reasons with no point in them.
Please let me know if any more information is required from my side.
Am confused, what to do now?
What can I do to get my spouse visa?
1. Shall I again apply for SOWP? If yes, how and when can I apply?
2. Shall I apply for her Visitor now?
