Please help, Spousal sponsorship, # of member included in app.

Hello!
I really need help. I'm sponsoring my husband from outside of Canada. We have a one year old son together, who i have already applied for his papers and is now a Canadian citizen. My question is regarding the number of members I include in sponsorship application.
1. On Generic Application, question 3 it asks how many members are included in application. This would be: my husband who is being sponsored, myself the sponsor and our son? 3 total?
2. On Generic Application, On the part of dependants it says to include all family members except children who are already permanent residents. So would he include my details, but not my son's?
3. On Sponsorship Evaluation, The section that says NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND PERSONS INCLUDED IN UNDERTAKINGS IN EFFECT AND NOT YET IN EFFECT: Here I am included by default, then current undertakings would be box #3 of generic app from my first question. But I would be adding myself again and my son also..?? This is where I get confused..????

1. This number is for how many people are applying for PR. Your son is a citizen, you are a citizen or PR, so the answer is 1 (your husband).
2. This relates to dependents who he wants to include in his application. Again, your son is a citizen, so do not list him.
3. The total is 2 (you and your husband).
