Please help. SOWP to BOWP

Hi All,

I'm on a SOWP and my husband in ICT work permit. I'm the primary applicant of our PR process. Both our work permits expired and our work permit extension is in process. We both are on implied status.

Can I apply for a BOWP once I get an AOR? I'm confused as the rules for BOWP states that we should have a 4 month valid visa to apply.



Any help is much appreciated?

To apply, your work permit must be within 4 months of expiry.
