Please help should i be concerned???

Exactly one year june 28 we received DM on sponsor side and in process on the other side.well after a day we received two leetter SA and another which i thought would be AIP .been hoping for Landing letter but so far not yet.reading my letter its says.your application has been transfered to Etobicoke for further assesment you may be requested for an interview further documents or clarifications.Anybody out there who got such a letter should i be worried that my app is not yet finalised.Thanks for any input.

Etobicoke is the red flag office, meaning they have some concerns regarding your app and may schedule an interview or docs, as indicated.
