Please help..question on NOC codes

Hello Seniors,

Request your help in deciding which NOC code to use in my application. I have below three occupations mentioned in my Work permits.

1) 2010-2011-->EMBEDDED Systems software Designer (NOC 2173 ?)
2) 2011-2012-->COMP EQUIP OPS,NETWK OPS&WEB (Not able to find any related NOC)
3) 2012-2013-->Computer network technician (NOC 2281)

am I eligible to apply under NOC 2281 ? I can get refferal letter from my client on this.

If your duties match NOC 2281, then yes, you can apply under NOC 2281.

Can you please advise on below questions as well.

1)Occupation "COMP EQUIP OPS,NETWK OPS&WEB" fall under NOC 2281 correct ?
2) Do i need to mention all my occupations with NOC codes in form""IMM 0008-Schedule 8"
3) I'm little concern about first WP which is NOC 2173 "EMBEDDED Systems software Designer" which appears to be different will it be any problem on my application.
4)Do I need to mention about all 3 occupations in my employer letter and refferal letter as well.

Yes, I have the same occupation on my WP and I'm applying under 2281, only the duties in your reference letter matter, not the occupation on your work permit. The titles can be different as long as they're in the same area, like information technology.

2) Do i need to mention all my occupations with NOC codes in form""IMM 0008-Schedule 8"

In IMM 0008 - Schedule 8 you only mention skilled work experience, that you want counted towards CEC. In the background declaration form you have to mention every, like EVERY job you did in the past 10 years or since the age of 18.

Should be fine.

4)Do I need to mention about all 3 occupations in my employer letter and refferal letter as well.

If you've been with three different employers, then yes you will need three letters. If you've worked with the same employer
all the time, then just have your employer mention the periods of employment and duties held during that time.
