I WANT TO KNOW MAN iF anyone live 4 years in london or any english country, howmany chance to get canada pr visa.
 
No chance if you are not eligible even if you are staying in Canada or USA
 
You have to meet conditions set out by the Canadian Govt. for immigrants wanting to emigrate.

Your location isn't of any use to them.

Try and find a way to fall within their criteria
