PLEASE HELP-OPEN WORK PERMIT

PLEASE READE CAREFULLY....

I am a student and my spouse wants to apply for an open spousal work permit for ME. What do WE need to provide in order to apply. Advise I AM THE STUDENT HE HAS HE WORK PERMIT.

How long does this application take and is it difficult to obtain.

ANYONE WHO HAS DONE THIS BEFORE PLEASE HELP THANKS
