I have a perfect home based Affiliate marketing business proposal. Its a top tier business model which can generate massive amount of cash from home.
I am thinking to go for application, very excited to know about this new " Start Up Visa"
please share your thoughts and ideas/tips
thanks :)

It doesn't matter what we think. You need to find a designated organzation that is willing to support your idea if you want to apply for a Start Up visa. You can find the list of designated organizations here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/business/start-up/eligibility/entities.asp

If you want my opinion, I think it's unlikely any designated organization is going to be willing to support a multi-level marketing scheme. They generally aren't regarded as real businesses.

thanks for the info, the business model i have in mind is not MLM, its affiliate marketing top tier (high ticket)
investment is from $2000 to $50,000, free Mercedes benz, tours and seminars all over USA and south America
its not average home based business out there. the CEO Matt Lloyd is averaging $20 millions a month for now, his target is $50 millions a month by end of 2014

It's still MLM - just a different flavour. I think it's unlikely you're going to find support from a designated organization. But feel free to try and prove me wrong.

Again, it doesn't matter what I think. If you're serious about this you should focus your efforts on securing support from a designated organization.
