Please help on my degree

Dear All,

Pls help me on my qualification. So I have a Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting in the US 5 years ago. But now they asked for an English certificate and I only have TOEFL for my English application back then.
So in order to qualify for the skilled worker application, do I need to take the IELTS test again?

You need to include valid IELTS test results with your application. TOEFL is not accepted. Language requirements are clearly posted on the CIC web site.
