Hello i would like to know if on the IRCC website when i check my status it says medical results have been received. Do i still need to send the Emedical ? Please help !!

Also wanted to know the IRCC sent an email to my wife that im sponsoring saying that she should send a valid copy of the CSQ which we did via webform do you have an idea how long they take to aknowledge it or what happens after ? Thanks
