Hi. My husband and I applied for permanent residency via express entry and we were approved. We got a ppr letter before March 18 but due to COVID 19 we managed to send our passports to Ankra visa office in August but up to now no visas have been issued and recently we recieved another ppr letter asking us to send our passports!!! We sent them emails that they are already in your office but we got some generic emails irrelevant to our emails. What should I do?

No, a representative took them there and we recieved tracking numbers from the visa office.
