I am currently residing here in the philippines, while my fiance is a Permanent resident in canada last year oct 2018 he receives his PR Card and now we are planning to process a tourist visa for me to visit him this december 2019, we have no plans on getting marry in canada it is just purely for leisure and tour. He also sponsoring my whole trip and i will be staying at their house. I have no travel history for the pass 10yrs but i have been to singapore twice and lived there for more than 2 months only. I also have 2 aunts who are a canadian citizen residing in edmonton and my fiance in vancouver

Question:
1. Is it okay for him to indicate in the invitation letter that i am his girlfriend or fiance but no intention to marry in canada?
2. Is it okay to stay For a month or more if my visa has been approved?
3. Is it okay to submit 2 invitation letter? (From my aunt and fiance)
4. Does his 1yr stay in canada not enough to invite and sponsor a tourist?
5. What is the best plan for this situation?
6.what proof can i give to justify that i am processing my tourist visa just for travel and i also have plan going back in ph
7. Is our wedding bookings can be a proof? Btw, we dont have joint accounts or whatever we just have our individual income ( my income came from self employed online selling)

Ps. We would like to process a tourist visa before our marriage here in the philippines to celebrate our engagement in canada because half of his relatives reside in canada and cannot make it in our wedding which is on july 2020. And of course because we are planning to have a tour before we become a real husband and wife

To be honest, why not just wait a little longer and then opt for a spousal visa. You are going to get married in 2020 anyways. A lot of BF/GF scenario gets rejected as the embassy thinks that once you go to Canada, you will not not come back. Due to the fact that there are a lot of cases that people try to go there and immigrate illegally.

No travel history is a ground for visa refusal. In applying for a TRV you need to indicate 5-10 years of travel history. It would be an advantage if you've been to countries that require a visa to enter, such as USA, Europe, etc.

1. Is it okay for him to indicate in the invitation letter that i am his girlfriend or fiance but no intention to marry in canada?
Even if you don't intend to marry the embassy still thinks you will not come back.

2. Is it okay to stay For a month or more if my visa has been approved?
Yes

3. Is it okay to submit 2 invitation letter?
You just need 1 to support your purpose of visit. On a form in the TRV you can indicate the people you plan to visit.

4. Does his 1yr stay in canada not enough to invite and sponsor a tourist?
This depends on his financial capacity to sponsor you.

5. What is the best plan for this situation?
Before you apply make sure you meet the basic requirements to get a visitor visa
· you have a valid travel document (passport)
· you are in good health
· you have no criminal or immigration-related convictions
· you can convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country
· you can convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit
· you have enough money for your stay
>> funds to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada

6.what proof can i give to justify that i am processing my tourist visa just for travel and i also have plan going back in ph

Maybe if you already have paid contracts with your suppliers, venue and the wedding invitation.
