I had applied for study permit after graduation, but they sent me refusal because i was banned for 5years since 2016 but i was also not familiar with this thing, then i came to know that agent was a fraud. What to do now please tell me how to remove ban from ourselves and could we apply again after 5 years and how do I get my fee back from college

You cannot remove the ban. You will have to wait until the 5 year ban has passed before you can apply to return to Canada.

You should contact the school to find out how to request a refund of your fees.
