Hello. I got married in June to the girl of my dream. And after months of waiting, today I recived my file back to me. There was no letter to inform me of this and the reason behind such sudden action. I would like to know the reason for such act. And would this mean I would have to do it all from a-z again? But if I don't know the reason what am I fixing? So lost and so worried. Please can I get a clear reason for this?. Thank you for your times.

It would seem to me that the application was missing something and was sent back for being incomplete. Usually the officer will highlight an item on the checklist to indicate if something is missing, or perhaps a form is missing a signature? or perhaps a form is otherwise incomplete?
You may need to redo the forms depending on if a new version of any of the forms were published since you sent your application in. I would download a new spousal application package just to be sure. Your evidence/pictures can be reused. .

If you are really having a hard time with your application, just take it to the immigration consultant. For them just to review your application it will cost you around $ 500.00- 800.00 dollars. Good luck
