I just recently started work like last week and im still in training so my employer said its too early to give proof of employment letter because I just started what do i do? this is for spousal sponsorship and i have my option c print out

Well your employer sounds like a real jerk. You're not asking him/her to state that you will be employed there for any length of time, but you are asking them to simply verify that you are in fact employed by them...today.

I guess you can't force them to do that, but I would suggest having them communicate their refusal to do so in an email (or in writing of some sort) and include that with your application.

Good luck!

Do you have a contract from your employer? If you do then that is your proof of employment. You could also include a pay stub once you receive one.

this is so stressful, i didnt sign any contract. is an offer letter any good?

There is no proof that you took the job so the offer letter would be useless.

Can you not wait a couple of weeks so you have some pay stubs? And hopefully by that point you are no longer in training and your boss can write a letter stating that you are employed, salary etc?

And if that doesn't work an offer letter and a paystub or two with an explanation should do the job.
