I have got offer letters from two Universities for MS in CS for Fall 2014. But it is getting very difficult for me to select one among the two universities.
1. University of Manitoba (Scholarship CAD 4000).
2. University of Winnipeg (Research Funding CAD 5000 for first six months).
Please help me in selecting one university. If you would have such an offer, which University would you go to ? Thanks.
