I m a Tunisian lady I’m leaving and working in Kuwait, so few weeks ago I have made an application in global visa someone call me he said that Based in my information I’m not able to represent for a Canadian immigration application, I’m not qualify for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa but I can have a permanent full-time job offer from a Canadian employer. So my question is it’s possible and easy to find a job , if yes should I get a job offer first , or I need to submit my paper to the embassy and after that I’ll look for an offer , please can you help me in this matter because I don’t know from where I have to start .
