If you are being sponsored as a conjugal partner by someone who is already a PR or a citizen, you can not be refused just on the grounds that your treatment could be expensive.

thank you for the reply. Yes my partner is a citizen already. How long it will takes before they will approve my application? Thanks for the help. I appreciate it much. Thank you. Gobless.

It depends how you applied (inland vs. outland) and which visa office your application is being processed through.

I'll be applying outside Canada. It will be process here in my country Phil. Do i have a big chance to get PR under Conjugal Partner even i have hepatitis B? :'( :( Do i have to tell the assigned Physician(DMP) about my condition? Is there anyone her have the same situation Got PR? Thanks guys.

I think the DMP will find out from your blood test anyway but don't worry, if you are a spouse or conjugal partner, the medical is not a big problem. The biggest problem with a spouse application is that they believe that the relationship is real and the biggest problem with conjugal is that you prove that you have a marriage like relationship, relying on each other for both emotional and financial support but are unable to live together or get married.
