i applied on paper but linked my application online since then I haven't received any kind of email or message.

and I did not give upfront medical. I called the embassy regarding it that i haven't received any text or email . they sent me a medical form and my appointment is on 14th june. but why i am not getting any messages from them and why is the section blank?

Ohkk..So it was a medical request...

i think because it was paper application ..IRCC will send all the request forms to your email address and everytime there is an update on the file...it also gets updated on mycic account automatically as you have linked it.

but i did not receive any medical request in my email too!

All I can suggest you to check your spam/junk folders

or

if you can then phone visa office and confirm with them which email address they have on your file.
