We are seeking a talented professional for the role of Late-life and
Decommissioning Manager within the Upstream Policy Team. The manager
will work closely with member companies across the whole supply chain to
encourage proficient late-life asset management and responsible and cost
effective decommissioning. They will engage at a senior level with key
stakeholders including the Oil & Gas Authority and the Department of
Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, industry bodies and other
trade associations

are to print, sign and return to us immediately for other official
protocols if you accept the conditions. You must know that we have a few
weeks of enrollment in our Company with all the legal formalities being
completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period. The Company
has provided a free accommodation that befits family size not exceeding
5 occupants in its housing estate for its employees. This means that you
are not providing any accommodation for yourself throughout the period
you are working with us and all contracts are meant to last for a Span
of 48 months (4years), and liable to upward review on expiration of the
contract engagements.
The Company shall provide an Air Ticket and Visa for you to come here
from your country and if you agree with this employment schedule and
ready to relocate and to work with us, print out this contract agreement

your international passport as proof of readiness to join this company

the Canada embassy in your Country for your visa application forms to be
processed. The Wreestlane Oil & Gas ltd shall send all your essential
documents and appoint a Canadian Immigration Attorney to assist you in
getting your entry clearance to Canada. The company traveling policy
entails that we shall bear the cost of securing your entry clearance
Immigration Visa and (AIR TICKET) Only. And do make sure that you did
not turn down our company after the visa processing is completed.
Print out this Document and sign after reading it and send it back to us
for Office use, waiting to receive this Agreement Letter duly signed by
you as soon as possible.

As a recruitment manager of the Wreestlane Oil & Gas ltd, I hereby on behalf of the above name enter
agreement with you, I urge you to abide by the rules and ethics guiding the organization. We shall welcome you
as one of our employee and hope that you will find your employment with us satisfactory. We are pleased to
offer you employment with the Wreestlane Oil & Gas ltd upon the following terms and conditions.
1. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT.
Your commencing date with Wreestlane Oil & Gasltd will be stipulated on the appointment letter if you are
successfully appointed.
Your probation period with Wreestlane Oil & Gasltd will be Two (2) months from the date of commencement
during which we can fully assess your suitability for the role and you can decide if you have made a right
decision in joining us.
2. JOB LOCATION: 175 Rexdale Blvd,Etobicoke, ON M9W 1P7, Canada
3. CONTRACT: 4 years contracts duration (48 Months)
4. SALARY. Your starting basic monthly/take home salary will be 10,000 CAD Canadian Dollar
per month after tax and insurance which may be received before 25th of every month.
5. WORKING HOUR. The company working hours is from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
and you are entitle to one hour of lunch break every day but there must be shifting schedule.
You may be required to work beyond normal working hours to discharge your duties at the
sole discretion and the company reserves the right at its sole discretion to revise amend or
extend the working hours should the need arise.
6. ACCOMMONDATION. Accommodation on arrival and throughout the contract duration will
be provided in Wreestlane Oil & Gas ltd Trust Quarters in Canada and duty post
respectively.
7. SICK LEAVE. You must notify the company or immediate supervisor as soon practicable if you
are unable to work for medical reason, such notice shall be given within the first four hours of
the working day. In a case of emergence situation an employee will be flown to his country or
any country suitable for the best medical attention. Employee is entitling to Health Insurance
Scheme under the law of Canada and you are entitling to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave
annually.
8. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. All government gazette public holiday may be observed depending on the
exigencies of work. The management may decide to operate on a holiday on overtime paid
hours and employee may not proceed on any holidays without an official statement from the
company.
10. ANNUAL LEAVE. You will be entitling to thirty (30) days paid leave annually. The first such
leave become due after the completion on three (3) months continuous service, the company
shall bear the cost of Air fare for vacation trip for employee as well as his/her family.
11. VISA PROCUREMENT. The Wreestlane Oil & Gas ltd shall send all your essential documents
and appoint a Canada Immigration Attorney to assist you in getting entry clearance to Canada.
The company traveling policy entails that we shall bear the cost of securing your entry
clearance Immigration Visa and (AIR TICKET) Only and do make sure that you did not
turn down our company after the visa processing is completed.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY. You shall not without the consent of the company reveal, disclose or
share information which is deemed confidential and trade secrets by the company to any third
party.
13. GOVERNING LAW.
This letter of contract shall be governed in accordance with the law of Canada.
