Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
hello,

ok, there are several boxes in different forms which are not applied to me.....

AND THE RULE SAYS..DON'T KEEP ANY BLANK SPACES...

for example.. in the document checklist itself, there are some check boxes which doesn't apply to me like.. additional dependents box, use of representative box.. now its simple i am not going to check them.. and the box is kept blank.. now what to do in this case..

similar case with the fee payment form... I am about to pay via bank draft and checking the bank draft section only.. the credit card section is now left blank.. what to do here.. I am confused with the rule.. to leave it empty or write n/a

another one again... ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM.. ' brothers and sisters section' as for me i have only 2 sisters so I have mentioned them over there.. so in that brothers and sisters section, 2 lines are occupied but 5 lines are empty..what to do here again..leave it empty or write n/a

PLEASE HELP ME.. THIS IS freaking me out badly..and i am afraid.

again in the schedule A background declaration form..

in the first question it asks for your full name.. and 3 boxes..
2 boxes are occupied with my first and last name.. and the 3rd box what to do there...write n/a or what..

Not applicable for single box.
Where you more lines, You can cross single line and write N/A.

These are checkbox, obviously you cannot put N/A there. Just left those not applicable to you blank.

If you are paying via bank draft, it's understandable that the credit card area should be left blank (I left this blank in my application because I paid by draft). But you can wait for others opinion about this.

Leave it empty.

In my case, I put my Family Name (as indicated) in the first box. I put my Given Name in the second box and my Middle Name in the third box. This is what is shown in my passport.

For example:
Family Name: Kennedy
Given Name(s): John
Fitzgerald

But other applicants do not put any name in the third box and left it blank, I don't know really if it's critical to left the third box blank. Wait for others to comment in your question.

its really confusing isn't it..??? I don't have any middle name... oops..

also, dear giogenre... are you sure you kept your document checklist application checkboxes empty and didn't wrote n/a... for those that didn't apply to you..

and what about the your full name written in native language and script.. I think its n/a there right..

In my case, yes I left it blank. I find it illogical to put N/A on it (blank means you will NOT submit it, with "check" means you will submit it). And it's to small to put N/A, isn't it. :D

Yes I put N/A

yeah!!! :-*

actually the cic says this..

"Complete all sections. If any section is not applicable to you, write “N/A” (“Not applicable”). If your application is incomplete it will be returned to you, and processing will not begin. Do not leave any blanks."

which means.. if we are going to leave any section that doesn't apply to us, we need to write n/a.. I understand this line..

but what if.. a section applies to us and we write some info there and that same particular section has several blanks left as in the case of addresses in background declaration form where I have stated only 2 addresses and there are 6-7 lines left blank....what to do there..?

also, please let me know something about proof of funds.. do i need to show bank certificate in Canadian dollars or US dollars is ok..

If there are 5 lines for example like in #7 Education (under Background Declaration form), and you answered 2 lines only - NO need to put N/A on the next 3 lines.

For the question like #11 Military Sevices, suppose you have no answer on this because it's not applicable to you, then you put "NONE" (name of country) as instructed and N/A on all the columns on the first line box (Branch of service..., Ranks, Dates and Places...). No need to put N/A to all boxes, just the first line (but if you want you can put N/A in all lines, but it's redundant).

also, please let me know something about proof of funds.. do i need to show bank certificate in Canadian dollars or US dollars is ok..

Your bank certificate could be in your local currency, not compulsory be in Cnanadian or US dollars.

you can also handwrite N/A later (after you print) if you cannot input it by computer (like the From and To dates)
