I'm currently working in Canada for two years.i got open work permit after graduate from a college in Canada.my job code is 5241 and I only work under contract I don't think I'm qualified LIMA.
In my EE profile(when I enter the pool), I put a Yes to answer the question "Does ** have a Job Offer", but a No as answer to the the following question "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? Therefore I didn't get extra points.
I came to know that the Job Offer mentioned in the question only apply to LMIA based employees (I confused my employment agreement with the job offer), but I cannot change my profile anymore since I've got ITA already.
Now, there are same questions in the application form(after I got the ITA). Can I put a No to say I don't have a Job Offer? This is true but will be contradictory to my profile. Will this be a problem?
