Dear brothers, move to you question of my friend who intends to apply for immigration holds a doctorate in engineering from Britain versed materially. His problem is that he is married to four women ,is he allowed to apply for immigration? and whether an application for each one of the wives in private without the knowledge of the other, because all his marriages are secret .

Qasi, what kind of help my friend? Is he going to get his LATEST wife to Canada and abandon the rest of his past wives in whichever place.....this is utterly inhuman....even GOD will not forgive his act.

if u guys are serious about PR visa, then choose an NOC and file the application, with the wife he is legally wedded with.
(with how many women he has held the marriage, legally?)

i don t knw the laws of ur land, but tell the truth to CIC, Canada, and let them decide about that.

and yes, if u wanna hide the facts, and then file.....then u r free to go ahead, any day.

hence, file with honesty or dishonesty, and leave rest on time. simple.
cos u won t be the first or the last applicant who shall be doing it.

I would tell you that he can apply for only 1 wife and only those children whom she gave birth to, because you need to submit birth certificates and family certificates along with other documents which clearly state mother's n father's name on it so forget about cheating CHC, like he did with his wives, bcuz they check each n everything and i guess he don't wanna loose his case with some silly mistake..

1-I think he should apply with the wife who is graduate. Let everything a secret as it has been.
2-Otherwise call his respective Visa Office and ask for his query directly to visa officer.

I think my 2nd option should be preferable.
As CIC is very curious to find out/point out frauds and hidden informations.
