Finally after literally hounding the ATIP department received the report today-Of what I can make sense below is the extract- any thoughts on what the below highlighted and underlined means- hearing for what? I know they looked at the ICES report and matched the days as the ICES report is indicated on my file.

All the highlighted ones are possible and mandatory steps in the process.. You need to check if file was sent to local office in the document, and no RQ requested.. Most likely your file is still in the normal queue waiting to be reviewed by Sydney and sent to the local offics.. All the clearances are standard background checks
