Graduating / Classes end: December 13th 2019
Re-entering Canada: January 1st 2020
I'm leaving Canada and going to India on December 14th due to a personal emergency. I would not be able to apply for PGWP because my transcript wouldn't be ready yet. I would probably get an online copy of the transcript by Dec 23rd or later. I also have to submit my biometrics when I apply.
In my case, should I just come back to Canada and apply for PGWP? Or is it recommended that I should apply from India? Also, I would come back to Canada almost as soon as I get my transcripts, so I'm not sure if I would have enough time to submit biometrics in India.
Is it safe to re-enter with a valid SP and TRV after graduating with no PGWP under process?
