If I tick English in language of interview.... now I feel that I will be more comfortable to give interview in Urdu? can I ask for interpreter at the day of interview???

Yes interviewer will ask you about what language you prefer & he will interview you whatever language you choose. for this reason a lot of the time interviewer can be a Pakistani. otherwise yes they can arrange a interpreter also.
