Please help in fulfilling "Final Requirements Letter"(Appendix A and Appendix C)

Hi,

I have received a Final Requirements Letter as an email from CIC-London-Office with an attchment (PDF) however, I need your urgent assistance.
Could please help and guide me?
FYI: I am the resident of Abu Dhabi and a Pakistani national.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please find attached our final requirements letter. Please follow the instructions as soon as possible.

Please ensure you quote the application number (E000XXXXX) on the information you forward to our office in Abu Dhabi.

In the attachement, there is "Appendix C - Submission and Return of Passports" which tells 2 methods of delivering the passport.

Option 1:

Send your passport(s) along with the required documents listed above by courier to the following address:

Immigration Section
Embassy of Canada
10th Floor, West Tower
Abu Dhabi Trade Towers
P.O. Box 6970
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
NOTE: You must include a fully completed Aramex airway bill or a self-addressed C4 or C5 envelope. These must include your complete name, physical address (no PO Box), and phone number (country code + area code + phone number) If you do not write your address CLEARLY on your return airway bill, your passport(s) may be lost in transit.


Option 2:

Submit your passport(s) and photographs in person at the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The Embassy is located at 10th floor Abu Dhabi Trade Towers (Abu Dhabi Mall) – West Tower next to Beach Rotana Hotel. Please note that we are only open to the public on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Your passport(s) will be returned by Aramex courier at your expense.
NOTE: You will be asked to complete a return airway bill from Aramex or a self-addressed C4 or C5 envelope. These must include your complete name, physical address (no PO Box), and phone number (country code + area code + phone number).

Question # 1:- I would like to chose option#1 but I am confused a bit as the website http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/UAE/ says that I have to submit "a bank draft for Canada visa fee", and the Biometrics (fingerprints).
What is this fees about?
Please note that the Fee for "Right of Permanent Residence – CAD 980" was already paid online; once I paid it and submitted the Medical and Police Clearance then only I received this final email.
So, Please let me know What is this fees about? and how will I be able to provide the Biometrics if i am sending my passport through Aramax Courier Service.



Question # 2:- The attachment with this email is in PDF format which is not at all editable so how should I submit "Appendix A - Updated Information Chart" which asks for Surname, First Name, Passport Number, Passport Expiry, Height, Eye Colour Code and Native Language for me, my souse and my children.
Evenif I write it by hand (after printing it) there is another problem that the application number box is already written and filled as "Application: «Application_Num»*«Application_Num»*" which I am unable to to remove.

Please help and advise.
