Hello experts i really need your help..i live in usa with my canadian citizen spouse who is workin for usa based company..i m applying for pr card renewal (my card expired 2 weeks back) i m non citizen of usa..i have cbsa record for entries bt i didnt receive cbp record for entries, i applied on october 9th in usa wen i call them they said its gonna take more than four months...but i personally noted USA entries.so is that ok or i should wait for CBP record?
i got married and came to usa with my spouse..he sponser me for pr card and i became permanant residence and i landed in canada as pr from usa on dec 2008...then i came back and stayed here in usa with my spouse as he is workin here..we did back n forth to canada...

i really dont understand how the days to be counted in the form IMM 5444E. Coz i have travelled to china from usa two times in this five years period and also visited canada more often by personal car, repubic for 6 days as below.... please please expert advice on the days counted, below is the example of my entries...

entry in canada entry in usa
1. Sept 08 2009 Sept 08 2009
2.Nov 28 2009 Dec 06 2009
3. Feb 07 2011 Feb 21 2011

entry in china entry in usa
Feb 2 2009 march 06 2009
Jan 14 2013 june 05 2013

entry in dominican republic sept 09 2011 departure from domenican republic sept 15 2011..in usa they didnt stamp for arrival during this trip..but we arrived in usa...hope there wont be any problem as after this trip i have other entries in passport from usa.??

and other entries i have in my pssport wen i travel from canada to usa by car...for example, i went to canada to renew my usa dependent visa on november 28 2009 and came back to usa on dec 06 2009...so there is an entry of dec 06 2009 in paasport from usa border....so these kind of few entries are there in passport from usa...

my most worried question is that how many days i shoud feel up in the following parts in the form IIM5944E below nos 19, 21,22.

19 ADRESS HISTORY..so basically i did back and forth to canada bt my main address is in usa with my spouse...what should i write in this catagry? like i hve gone to canada for 15 days and came back(i have many entries but mentioned few as example above) ...i also hve canadian address(my relative) wer i used to live .

21. Travel History..here i travelled to canada from usa and have few stamps from usa border and other travel like china and domenican republic i did from usa and came back to usa with my spouse..so as i mentioned above dates for china visit so how should i calculate them? wat to write in this catagery n how many days like from china to usa thats is the main question i dont understand? like i travel from 9 to 15 and came back to usa on 15 how many days? same from canada to usa how many days??

22. days spend outside canada more than 1095 days..in this catagary as i lived in usa only n did all these travel to canada and other countries how should i calculate days in this catagary?? how to fill it up??

please experts help me with this ...we can not afford a big adviser so please i will b very thankful to u all for all your help...

20. List your address history as the address where you have been living. Not the places you have visited. If this is an address in the US, then it's an address in the US.

22. List your whereabouts, for example:

From To City, Country Reason for absence Number of days
dec 06 2009 feb 07 2011 (name of city), USA Living there because of husbands job 428
feb 21 2011 jan 14 2013 (name of city), USA Living there because of husbands job 693
jan 14 2013 jun 05 2013 (name of city), China (why you were there) 142

Don't list the time you've spent in Canada because they are asking for time you've spent outside Canada.

When you end up with more than 1095 days, you fill out section D as it says in the form. Then you would make the same time of listing for days you've spent with your husband outside of Canada. I assume that was at least all of the time in the US but if you took some trips without him, you skip them off that list. Include a copy of your marriage certificate and your husbands passport and some official mail showing you are living at the same address (tax returns?).

Keep in mind that if you are outside Canada applying to renew a PR card, the rules actually say that the application must originate in Canada. You can probably get away with having someone you know in Canada mail the application in for you or you could travel to Canada yourself to mail it. You must give a Canadian address where immigration can contact you. If you are lucky, they send the renewed PR card there. If not, you'd have to go to Canada again to pick it up in person.

Yes, you should write the address in Canada and include a cover letter stating that you are not actually living in Canada but that you are providing a secure Canadian address for them to contact you.

20.ADDRESS HISTORY : as main address is in usa i will write down that address only from dec 2008 to dec 2013. though i hve visited canada back n forth but main address in my case will be same USA ONE??????

Yes, your address stays the US address because that is where you are residing.

22. Travel Histrory : i must write down the history outside canada ?? do i have to calculate a day i left usa or its not counted in usa? coz i travel china n republic from usa..

Days outside Canada are counted outside Canada no matter where you were so it doesn't really matter, China or the US. In any case, you have no need to worry because you are safe because you are living with your Canadian husband.

From To City, Country Reason for absence Number of days
dec 06 2009 feb 07 2011 (name of city), USA Living there because of husbands job 428
feb 21 2011 Sept 09 2011 (name of city), USA Living there because of husbands job 200
Sept 09 2011 Sept 15 2011 domenican replic visiting tourist places with spouse 06
Sept 15 2011 Jan 13 2013 (name of city), USA Living there because of husbands job 486
jan 14 2013 jun 05 2013 (name of city), China (why you were there) 142

D. residency obligation
23. days spend outside canada more than 1095.
it will be the same as above travel history?? the same entries as above???

It will be the same except you should exclude all periods where you were not accompanied by your spouse. In this question, they are asking for time you spent with your husband outside Canada

yes i stayed in china alone from feb 18 2013 to June 04 2013.. do i mention that or its ok i can write down whole 142 days???as these entries are in my passport like
arrival in china feb 02 2009 ...departure from china mar 05 2009 and arrive in usa mar 06 2009(with spouse)
arrival in china on jan 14 and depart from china june 04 2013....arrive in usa june 05 2013...

how should i calculate above china entries in both travel history and residency obligation..

If you were in China alone for some of that time, you need to exclude that period so instead of saying China from Jan 14 to June 05, you would say Jan 14 to Feb 18 = 35 days (because that is the time you spent with your husband there. The rest you exclude. You can also make copies of all the stamps in your husbands passport for them to figure out when you travelled together.

DO I NEED TO SEND CBSA RECORD OR I SHOULD SEND ONLY N ONLY IF THEY ASK??

You should checkmark that you allow them to send for your CBSA records themselves but in order to strengthen your application because the CBSA record may be incomplete, you can also get the US travel records, see https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/976 and send them along. You could get your husbands travel records as well if you want to.
